BON PARTY USA...ROCKS NEW ENGLAND
Beacon Resort White Mountains of New Hampshire
As part of the nationwide "BON Party USA" --- (created and launched by "One Of Our Own" New Englander's) --- the BikerOrNot folks in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire are about to throw a 3-Day PARTY! (June 4,5,6)
This is an EVERYONE IS INCLUDED EVENT. So, OF COURSE!! it's fine to mention this to your NON BON friends! They are all WELCOME to participate and see for themselves, what BikerOrNot people are all about!
This event is being held at the BEACON RESORT in Lincoln North Woodstock area of the WHITE MOUTAINS.
Here is a TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS.
Friday June 4th - The Ride Up To Lincoln
No matter where you're riding up from, It's a LONG WAY to Lincoln New Hampshire!
"MEET UP" Staging Areas have been determined for Massachusetts and New Hampshire. They will be posted in late May
Friday June 4th - Lincoln @ 9:00PM. We are all going to gather at the Beacon Resort, Dads's Nightclub for a HUGE ALL NIGHT LONG "MEET & GREET" and PARTY! Nightclub holds 700 people. Food will be available and having our own DJ will allow us to PARTY! and "Rock The Night Away"
Saturday Morning June 5th - Grab some breakfast EARLY (on your own) or meet most of us EARLY for breakfast at THE BEACON. They will provide a $10 "All You Can Eat" breakfast, with $2 of that being donated to the SHRINERS CHILDRENS BURN CENTER with our Blessings for the Wonderful work they do! (Serving 7:30 to 9:30 AM)
Saturday Afternoon June 5th - WE will have 3 or 4 different ORGANIZED RIDES including a Poker Run posted ASAP, or head out On Your Own. There's plenty of BEAUTIFUL roads to choose from.
Early Saturday Night June 5th - This is awesome! The BEACON will host a HUGE cookout! (Chicken, Hot Dogs, Hamburgs, Sausage & Peppers, salads and all the fixins ++PLUS++ FREE BEER and WINE (mixed drinks not free) ($15 per - served 6:00 to 8:00 PM)
Later Saturday Night June 5th - The BEACON is gonna Light Up The Night Sky for us by hosting a HUGE "BON" BONFIRE - but PLEASE NOTE - Because of our proximity to the National Forest, permission for the fire will be granted by the authorities ONLY IF ground conditions permit it. So if the "BON" BONFIRE doesn't pan out ... it's simply a walk Back To DADS at the BEACON (700 capacity) for another night of Organized Mayhem and Serious HOOPLA with a LIVE ROCK BAND PLAYING (including choosing 1 of our own)
Providing the weather cooperates (and it will) we will have BOTH the "BON" BONFIRE & THE LIVE ROCK BAND going on simultaneously and within walking distance of each other. Go back and forth between each all night long. Drinks OK at the fire - but MUST BE drinks from your room. NO BAR DRINKS ALLOWED AT THE FIRE!!
Sunday Morning June 6th - see Saturday Morning - Same scenario only a 2nd charitable organization. Suggestions? Please post or contact Fancy Nancy directly.
Sunday June 6th After Breakfast - The Blessing Of The Bikes. This will take place shortly after check out. AFTER WARDS, There will be groups heading straight to Bentley's The Upper Deck, Slammers, Reflections and other "Biker Friendly" watering holes to polish off the weekend!
That's the tentative plan. GOOD ROADS, GOOD VENUES, and GOOD PEOPLE make for a GOOD TIME!!(Honestly now folks! What more does it really take?)

On June 5th 2010. Fire and Iron is hosting our second annual Poker Run for the 911 Children's Charities, which helps families in our community who have children that have had a need, a sickness, or an injury. We help pay a bill, buy a piece of equipment or help with a last wish. Registration starts at 8am and the run starts at 10am at the Bennington Fire Department at 7 school street Bennington. The stops include New England Emergency Equipment in Jaffrey, Foggs on 202 in Ridge, Monadnock Harley Davidson in Swansey, Mr Mikes on Rte 9 in Stoddard, and finishing up at Rednecks Bar and Grill in Antrim. Anyone interested in joining the run can pre register at Rednecks bar and Grill with a major credit card at (603) 588-5800 the cost is $25. per bike and $5. for a passenger.
